Egg, Cheese, and Broccoli Wrap

I absolutely love this recipe. But truth be told, I never eat it for breakfast. Most of the time it’s either an after-school snack or even for dinner. I originally got this recipe from my 7th grade health class. Here’s what you’ll need:

-Egg Whites (enough to feed who you need too)…Calorie Count-16 per egg

-Broccoli (cooked, not raw)…Calorie Count-49

-Shredded cheddar jack cheese…Calorie count-110

-Soft tortilla shell…Calorie Count-190

Set your oven top to the medium setting. *TIP: if the pan is too hot, the eggs will burn instantly* Find a small pan and spray “Pam” on the inside once the cook top is hot enough. Pour as much egg whites as you wish, or as much as you feel will feed the people who will be eating it. Let the eggs cook, occasionally stirring them with a spatula. While the eggs are getting ready, place the soft tortilla on a plate in between two damp pieces of paper towel and put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Once the eggs are cooked enough to fit your needs, sprinkle on the cheese and broccoli and place them on top of the tortilla shell. Wrap it up like a burrito and tada! You’re all done! The overall calorie count is 429, depending on the number of eggs you use. In my calculation, I used 5 eggs. Enjoy!
