DIET TIP #2- Eliminate the 6 “c”‘s: Candy, Chocolate, Cake, Cookies, Chips, and Cola. Such broad food items, you say? Yes, there are many different types of brands for these things… So how about i tell you the WORST brand of each of these and you can just cut those :)

*Cola-most orange/strawberry/grape sodas because of the sugar content

*Candy-Smarties

*Cake-Birthday Cake because off all the icing

*Cookies-Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies

*Chocolate-Baby Ruth Chocolate Bar

*Chips-Fried potato chips (increase risk of heart disease, stroke, and cancer)
