Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

One of my favorite things to drink is a Strawberry-Banana smoothie. It’s a great idea to have one after a long day of work of school. Here’s what you’ll need:

-1 handful of ice cubes………………………………..Calorie Count-0

-1/2 banana……………………………………………….Calorie Count- 47.5

-1 cup of strawberries………………………………….Calorie Count- 28

-1 small Danimals strawberry yogurt…………….Calorie Count- 70 *DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT MORE OF A BANANA FLAVOR*

The overall calorie count is a shocking 145.5.  But without the yogurt it comes to 75.5 calories. That’s it!
