Diet tip #3- Whats up! so today i decided to tell you guys about fixed diets. I doubt that is what they’re really called, but that’s what I call them. One example is Biggest Loser. If you guys want to stay on a diet like that, go ahead! But let me just tell you that it shouldnt take over your life. Maybe take off one day a week and have a personal day to go out with your friends. Just don’t let it consume your life. That is what they try to do. Stay strong :)
