Diet Tip #4- Looking for a unique diet? Become a vegetarian or vegan! Already one? Try to eat some meat… its a great source of protein ;) . It definitely is possible. There are some people in my health class who have decided to become vegans. Be a believer! Set your heart to it and it will come easy. Stay strong!
